Diet Journey

So I'm finally finished with my slim quick cleanse and I must say that it may have worked! I say my have because not only was I taking 8 pills a day (too damn many) but I also changed my eating habits and actually did some exercise! I lost 10pounds this week and I'm happy about that but I will see this week if I just exercise and watch my food intake will I get the same kind of results. So please stay tuned!

Dieting is hard as hell. Dieting is different for women than it is for men. I got up to 354pds in 2006. I was going through a rough divorce and to keep from killing my ex-wife, I ate and I ate to deal with the emotional aspect of what was happening. After the storm, I decided to give up red meat, drink at least a gallon of water a day, walk at the local park every monday,wednesday and friday at least a mile and eat more salads and fruits.

I have been doing that the past years leading up to now and I am down to 237 pds and feeling great. I slipped alittle during thanksgiving but got back on track. I am trying to get down to about 215 or 220 so I can wear my wife beater to the beach and show off my tattooes like the skinny brothas do. Now maybe I can find a good sista and my story will have a happy ending. I just wanted to share my diet journery with yall.
