I have started this 7 day cleanse to jump start my new years resolution to drop some pounds. I kinda hate that I committed to it! I saw it on a commercial and decided to try it and after reading the directions when I got home and realized that I have to take 8 capsules a day! I wasn't so pleased. But I'm a soldier so I can hang Ill keep you posted!
